- Backup & Restore: ITCAM, TEC, RPT, EMC Legato Networker, Symantec Backup Exec / HP Data Protector, Symantec Netbackup
- Storage: EMC Storage, Clariion, Symantrix DMX, HITACHI, Mainframe Storage, HP Storage & Net Apps
- Mainframe Admin: Mainframe System Admins & MVS Administrator - ZOS Mainframe
- Mail Server Admin: Lotus Notes Domino, Blackberry, EmailXtender archival product / MS Exchange / UM Messaging / OCS 2007
